Delivery Information
We aim to make and dispatch all products in stock within 48 business/working hours of receiving your order. During busy periods, this may take longer. If you need your products for a specific date, please get in touch and we will endeavour to help.
When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order for payment.
Standard delivery is charged at 99p. This is posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class letter, which is not a trackable service.
For any orders over £5.00 delivery is FREE. This will either be posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class letter (untracked). Or Royal Mail Tracked 48 for orders £7.99 and above. In the event of any postal strikes, we occasionally use EVRI and Yodel.
Whilst we don’t offer International delivery as standard, we are happy to look into this for you and find out the relevant costings to facilitate this. Please message us at hello@prettystix.com with your order requirements and your location and we will get back to you ASAP.
Returns Policy
Our products are made to order, so therefore anything personalised cannot be returned, unless faulty, or if an error has been made at our end. Products will be made according to the spelling entered when placing an order. If you make an error when placing your order, please email us ASAP and if we have not yet started production, we will happily amend, but otherwise we cannot be held liable.
All products will be checked and photographed before shipping, so in the unlikely event anything arrives faulty or damaged we will request that you send us photos. This is so we can report to the courier for anything damaged in transit, or the relevant supplier for any product defects. As soon as photos are provided we will happily either issue a full refund or a replacement. This order will be prioritised to get it to you ASAP, depending on stock levels. All damages/defects must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order, for anything reported after this time we cannot be held liable.
For any blanks/non-personalised items, we are happy to accept these for returns within 30 days. These will need to be sent back to us, unused and in the original packaging. We don’t currently offer a free returns option so this would be at your own cost. Once again, this is for non-personalised items only, please refer to the first paragraph for personalised items.
